In addition, the FAM meets with and assists internal team members throughout the organization in evaluating how to best serve the customer's needs.Job Responsibilities• Take a leadership role in internal and external activities while meeting established deadlines and meeting department and company goals• Manage and liaise with all stakeholders of the Deal Team• Coordinate activities of members within their own team and ensure team members receive training in all aspects of their position• Review and decision credit requests and loan packages• Lead, coach, develop and appraise employees within their teamYour Promise to Us:To be considered for the Managing Director - Financial Analyst Manager role, you must have:• A Bachelor's Degree• 10+ years of experience in banking or credit analysis• Knowledge of financial products and concepts• Knowledge of financial business operations• Knowledge of financial reporting• Knowledge of financial technology applications• Knowledge of financial regulations and codes• Knowledge of fraud prevention• Knowledge of agricultural fundamentals• Knowledge of customer and personal service• Complex problem-solving skills• Ability to travel regionally, up to 35%Our Organization:As a financial services provider for leading U.S. farmers and ranchers, Rabo AgriFinance adds value through industry expertise, client-focused solutions, and long-term business relationships. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range.
